Duration and Booking
DurationThe VIP Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable; however, individual sessions may be gifted to family members (up to 3/6 annually).
Session EntitlementUnused sessions do not roll over to the following month
Booking and AvailabilityPriority Access: Appointments scheduled within 5 days of request.
Emergency sessions booked within 48 hours.
Sessions must be booked through the clinic’s phone or email to guarantee your spot.Cancellation and Rescheduling
Regular SessionsCancellations made at least 24 hours before the session can be rescheduled within the same month. Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited.
Emergency Sessions:Emergency calls cannot be rescheduled and must be used within the allotted time.

Due to the high demand and exclusive nature of this program, spaces are limited. To apply:

2. Qualified applicants will be contacted for a brief consultation to discuss their goals and expectations.Termination of Membership
Termination by ClientMembers may terminate their membership early; however, no refunds will be provided for unused months.
Termination by ProviderMemberships may be terminated for violation of policies or inappropriate behavior. A pro-rated refund will be issued for unused services.
